With 20 years of civil engineering experience on the Central Coast and throughout California, principal engineer Russell Thompson established RTC in January 2000. Topographic, boundary, GPS and construction surveying services are provided in association with licensed land surveyor Ken Wilson with Wilson Land Surveys, who has over 20 years of local survey experience.
